These Terms of Service govern access to the platform, publisher dashboards, embedded widgets, analytics, and all related exchange services.
These Terms apply to all users, publishers, administrators, and other parties using the platform. By registering an account, embedding the widget, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms in their current version.
The platform provides website verification, article submission and moderation workflows, embedded recommendation widgets, click and impression tracking, publisher analytics, anti-fraud controls, and related traffic exchange services. Specific features may evolve as the platform grows.
You must provide accurate registration details, keep access credentials secure, and ensure that only authorized persons access your account. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account unless caused by our own fault.
Publishers may only register websites they control, may only submit lawful content they are authorized to distribute, and must ensure that article metadata, destination URLs, and widget placements are accurate, non-deceptive, and compliant with applicable law.
The widget is provided for integration on approved websites only. Publishers must not modify the script in a way that alters measurement integrity, attribution logic, or anti-fraud safeguards. If the widget uses cookies, localStorage, or other tracking technologies, the publisher is responsible for deploying the widget only after obtaining any required user consent.
Prohibited conduct includes artificial clicks, incentivized or fraudulent traffic, bot activity, cloaking, unauthorized domain use, misleading layouts, malware distribution, unlawful content, interference with the platform, reverse engineering of security controls, or any attempt to manipulate rankings, credits, or analytics.
We may review websites, articles, widgets, traffic patterns, and account activity at any time. We may reject content, suspend widgets, restrict serving, remove budgets, or block accounts where this is necessary to protect the network, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
You retain rights in your own submitted content. By submitting content or metadata, you grant us the rights necessary to host, cache, process, display, rank, and distribute that content within the platform and its widgets for the duration required to operate the service.
Analytics are provided for operational insight. We do not guarantee uninterrupted measurement or perfect real-time accuracy. Metrics can be filtered, adjusted, delayed, or recalculated where anti-fraud, reconciliation, moderation, or technical integrity checks require it.
The platform is provided on an evolving service basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, exact click-for-click results, or specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damages, lost profits, and consequential losses. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and mandatory statutory claims remains unaffected.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access where required by law, for security reasons, for material breach of these Terms, or to protect the platform and other publishers. Certain records may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention and dispute handling.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. Because publishers load our widget on their own websites, a separate Data Processing Agreement may be required depending on the legal role allocation. Publishers remain responsible for informing end users and obtaining any legally required consent before our widget is loaded.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or technical changes. The version published on this website applies from its stated effective date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms unless mandatory law requires a different process.
