Publisher rules

What publishers are allowed to do and what is forbidden

These rules protect the network from spam, low-quality inventory, deceptive widgets, and fraudulent traffic.

Only submit articles from websites you own

Publishers may only submit articles from websites they control and have successfully verified on the platform. Third-party content, copied articles, and unverifiable domains are not allowed.

Do not manipulate widget traffic

Artificial clicks, scripted impressions, click farms, misleading placements, or any attempt to manufacture engagement are forbidden and can lead to budget loss, sanctions, or account removal.

Use widgets only on the bound domain

Widgets are issued per verified website. They must be embedded on the correct publisher domain and may not be redistributed across unrelated websites.

Avoid deceptive article metadata

Titles, descriptions, and images should reflect the destination content accurately. Misleading previews or bait-and-switch behavior can block an article from the pool.

Respect moderation decisions

Moderation exists to protect the quality of the exchange. Repeated resubmission of disallowed content, policy evasion, or abuse of the queue may result in stricter review or sanctions.

Keep your site technically healthy

Publishers are responsible for keeping verification proofs current, widget embeds functional, and destination articles reachable. Broken websites and invalid proofs can remove inventory from serving.
